ODCM conducted a thorough Needs Analysis as a driver in informing the base building development and designing the interiors of the office space in this award winning Industrial Development. Working closely with the client, Frasers Property, and TM Insight, the team delivered this 3,000m2 office development as a part of the overall 18,559m2 facility.

Frasers Property was awarded the Industrial Development category award at the UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence 2017.
